I recorded a couple of tunes written by a good friend of mine, Kayla Maiolo.
I’ll be giving her all the mp3s, but I couldn’t not post this tonight, it sounds awesome.
First recording with the Taylor… sorry for some of the extra compression/gain issues. I accidentally recorded at super low volume, and it’s super late. I kind of like the effect though.
I just couldn’t not record something.
I wrote the music for this video. It was a theory assignment. Our professor gave us a list of youtube videos and were asked to write the music for one of them.
I’m really not sure how much it suits the video, but he said, “appropriately elegant”.
I’m really happy with how the guitar sounds though.

Set up condensers in my room, just sitting on the desk. I’m pretty happy with the sound.
So, I was avoiding reading for school and my assignments and felt like using some of the equipment I brought up from home/firelane 2.
Joel and I are talking at first, then I play some stuff that came as I played. I’ve been fooling around with some open tunings (justly tuned as well - not equal temperament).
